Job summary

This role is a fast-track development toward an Assistant General Manager, offering hands-on leadership, coaching opportunities, and exposure to inventory, POS, and customer experience programs in a dynamic retail cannabis

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate inventory actions with management.
• Oversee intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management, ensuring vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs, initiatives, and regionalized in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling, including processing payments, applying discounts, and cash maintenance.
