Qualifications

• Three years of customer service or retail experience with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Must pass background checks.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must understand and comply with Green Thumb policies and cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and state/local regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions to management.
• Oversee intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs, initiatives, and regional promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and processing of payments, discounts, and cash maintenance.
