Job summary

Green Thumb Industries in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Leader in Training to join its dispensary leadership team. You will rotate through key functions, supervise daily operations, and help optimize the customer journey while preparing for advancement to Assistant General Manager.

This role emphasizes hands-on coaching, loyalty goals, and cross-functional collaboration across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery channels, with a focus on compliance, inventory, and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience.
• At least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Must meet scheduling and varying shifts (mornings, days, nights, weekends).
• Must have reliable attendance and be 21+.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid driver's license or state ID.
• Understand and comply with Green Thumb policies and cannabis laws.

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, manage deliveries and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members during programs and promotions to enhance the customer journey.
• Execute cash handling, payments, discounts, and cash maintenance.
• Provide supervision during Leader On Duty shifts to support customers.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure adequate coverage.
