Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Leader in Training to join our Las Vegas dispensary leadership team. This role focuses on supervising daily operations, communicating priorities, and optimizing the customer journey while rotating through key functions to gain subject matter expertise.

You will lead by example, participate in on-duty shifts, and help drive omni-channel customer experiences, loyalty goals, and program execution while working with management to develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in customer service or retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must pass background checks.
• Able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Lead team members to execute programs and in-store promotions.
• Handle cash processing and cash maintenance.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Schedule shifts and ensure adequate coverage.
