Green Thumb is seeking a Leader in Training to join the dispensary leadership team in Chelsea, MA. You will rotate through critical functions to support operations, customer experience, and people development, with a fast track toward Assistant General Manager.

Expect hands-on supervision, daily prioritization, and active involvement in driving customer journey improvements. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, omni-channel customer experience, and adherence to cannabis regulations

Qualifications

At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
Cannabis experience preferred.
Inventory control experience preferred.
Must meet scheduling/availability for mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
Must pass any background checks.
Must be 21 years or older.
Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
Must understand cannabis laws, rules, and regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
Oversee intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
Lead team members to execute programs, initiatives, and promotions.
Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee payments and cash maintenance.
