Qualifications

• Minimum three years in customer service or retail, with supervisory experience.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work varying shifts including weekends.
• Reliable attendance and valid ID or driver's license.
• Strong understanding of store policies and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations ensuring security, inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory, deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team to execute programs and promotions and coordinate staffing.
• Ensure accurate payments, discounts, and cash handling.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and onboarding for team members.
