Green Thumb in Florida is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) to join the dispensary leadership team. You will rotate through critical functions, supervise daily operations, communicate priorities, and help optimize the customer journey.

This role offers a fast-track path toward Assistant General Manager, with hands-on experience in operations, experience, and people management, while ensuring compliance and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts, weekends)
• Must pass required background checks
• Must have valid driver's license or state ID
• Understand and comply with Green Thumb policies and cannabis regulations
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing the execution of dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate inventory action items with management.
• Oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management in the vault.
• Lead team members to effectively execute programs and promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling, including processing payments, discounts, and cash maintenance.
