Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Leader in Training to join the Maryland dispensary leadership team on a fast track to Assistant General Manager. The role rotates through critical functions to support operations, experience, and people development.

You will supervise daily operations, communicate priorities to staff, and help optimize the customer journey across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery channels. Cannabis experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Solid understanding of cannabis laws, rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security and local/state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team during shifts, recognize performance, and guide customer journeys.
• Ensure seamless omni-channel experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside and delivery.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members with leadership guidance.
