Green Thumb in Kendall, FL is seeking a Leader in Training to rotate through dispensary operations, experience, and people, on a fast track to Assistant General Manager. You will supervise daily operations, optimize the customer journey, and coach team members across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, & delivery channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer service or retail with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Must be 21+ and pass background checks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault inventory accuracy.
• Lead team to execute programs and in-store promotions.
• Manage cash handling, payments, discounts, and cash reconciliation.
