Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Leader in Training to join the store leadership team. The role rotates through dispensary functions to support operations, experience, and people, with a fast track to growth toward Assistant General Manager.

You will supervise daily operations, communicate priorities, and help optimize the customer journey. Responsibilities include overseeing compliance, inventory control, deliveries, and in-store promotions, while actively supervising shifts and coaching team members

Qualifications

At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
Cannabis experience preferred.
Inventory control experience preferred.
Must have reliable attendance and be 21 or older.
Must pass background checks.

Responsibilities

Support management in overseeing the execution of all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local and state regulations.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, communicating inventory action items with management.
Oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy within the vault.
Lead team members to effectively execute programs, initiatives, and regionalized in-store promotions.
Demonstrate proper cash handling, including processing payments, discounts, and cash maintenance.
