CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop future store leaders. The role offers structured, self-paced training over 16 weeks with both virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will be supported by a District Leader and HRBP, along with your Store Manager coach, as you navigate leadership development and promotion opportunities within the market.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication to support and lead your team.
• Customer service experience to provide high levels of service.
• Experience executing merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Ability to manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support promotion.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead consistent with CVS values.
• Engage colleagues in support of the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
