CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, a development focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The SMIT program spans 16 weeks with self-paced, collaborative training and includes both virtual and hands-on learning experiences to develop you as a leader.

You'll be supported by your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach as you progress.
