CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop future CVS Store Managers. The role blends virtual and hands-on learning over 16 weeks, with guidance from a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to shape your leadership path.

Selected SMITs engage in structured experiences, support a management team, and prepare for progression to store leadership in their designated market.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to lead and support your team.
• Provide high levels of customer care to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Execute merchandising strategies to drive store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a self-paced, collaborative training over the span of 16 weeks to prepare for Store Manager responsibilities.
• Work with your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach to develop leadership skills.
• Engage in hands-on and virtual learning experiences designed to build leadership capabilities.
• Be prepared to accept promotion roles within the designated market as opportunities arise.
