Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; four-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience may be considered.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership through structured learning experiences during the program.
• Contribute to store operations as a management team member and lead where appropriate.
