Qualifications

• Ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing dispensary operations ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver positive in-store experiences and execute promotions.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff, and participate in Leader On Duty shifts to supervise and reinforce the customer journey.
