Qualifications

• Able to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Must pass background checks and have valid driver's license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to meet security, inventory, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team initiatives and drive regional promotions.
• Guide cash handling and payments, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Provide coaching and recognition during 'Leader On Duty' shifts.
• Ensure omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside & delivery.
