Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Flexible schedule including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
• Must pass background checks and have valid ID or driver's license

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver memorable in-store customer experiences.
• Coordinate omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery.
• Participate in Leader On Duty shifts to supervise and recognize team performance.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of new team members.
