Job summary

Green Thumb Industries Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) to join our Orlando dispensary leadership team.

You will rotate through critical functions of operations, experience, and people, gaining subject matter expertise while supporting daily leadership tasks and staying on a fast track to advancement to Assistant General Manager. You will supervise daily operations, communicate priorities to the team, and focus on creating memorable customer experiences across all channels while

Qualifications

Three+ years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
Cannabis experience preferred.
Must pass any and all required background checks. Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb.
Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (i.e., mornings, days, nights, weekends).
Strong communication and leadership skills; manage omni-channel customer journeys.

Responsibilities

Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate inventory actions with management.
Oversee intake/verification of deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
Lead team members to execute programs, initiatives, and regional promotions.
Demonstrate cash handling, include processing payments, discounts, and cash maintenance.
