Job summary

Green Thumb Industries in Kendall, Florida is seeking a Leader in Training to join the store leadership team. You will rotate through critical dispensary functions to support operations, guest experience, and people development, with a fast track toward Assistant General Manager.

You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, and drive in-store programs while ensuring compliance, inventory control, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service or retail experience, plus at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Must meet scheduling/availability for varying shifts including mornings and nights.
• Reliable, responsible attendance is required.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass background checks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or state ID and comply with all company cannabis policies.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault inventory accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and regional in-store promotions.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and proper payment processing.
