Green Thumb Industries in Las Vegas is seeking a Leader in Training to join the dispensary leadership team, focusing on rotating through critical functions to support operations, experience, and people. This role accelerates growth toward Assistant General Manager through hands-on leadership and daily supervision.

You will supervise, communicate priorities to staff, and optimize the customer journey while ensuring compliance with all regulations and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service or retail experience.
• At least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dispensary’s daily operations and ensure compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Lead team members, communicate priorities, and optimize the customer journey.
• Involve in onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Support retail promotions and ensure proper cash handling and POS processes.
• Provide coaching to improve performance and maintain staffing coverage.
