Capital One’s Enterprise Learning & Development team is seeking a forward-thinking Learning Experience Design Manager to serve as a visionary architect and empowering people leader for our enterprise leadership programs. You will mentor a team of designers and drive the portfolio of leadership and DIB initiatives to deliver high-impact learning experiences across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of experience designing and developing learning experiences across digital and in-person environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Learning Experience Designers to deliver leadership programs.
• Own intake and prioritization of learning design initiatives for enterprise leadership programs.
• Use data, analytics, and feedback to iterate learning experiences.
• Partner with stakeholders across Capital One to align learning with business needs.
