Capital One’s Enterprise Learning & Development team seeks a visionary Principal Associate, Learning Experience Designer to craft holistic, data-driven learning experiences that drive measurable behavioral change. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience
• 3+ years of experience creating learning strategy and curriculum
• 2+ years of experience with multimedia authoring tools like Articulate 360

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions across multiple modalities (self-paced, virtual, instructor-led)
• Influence business leaders with data-driven design recommendations
