Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Learning Experience Design Manager to lead a team of designers delivering end-to-end learning journeys across product management, tech, data, and other lines of business. Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of experience designing and developing learning experiences across digital and in-person learning and development environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Learning Experience Designers to build end-to-end learning journeys.
• Own intake and prioritization of learning design initiatives across varied portfolios.
• Translate dense product, technical and business concepts into engaging learning solutions.
• Apply a product mindset to iteratively improve learning based on data and feedback.
• Partner with leaders and HR to ensure learning experiences align with executive priorities.
• Build and maintain scalable learning design infrastructure and guidelines.
