Job summary

Capital One’s Enterprise Learning & Development team is seeking a Principal Associate to design at scale—merging instructional design with learning experience design, storytelling, and data-driven methods to shape enterprise learning solutions for leaders and associates.

You will partner with business leads, SMEs, and multimedia teams to deliver engaging, measurable programs, while advancing processes and maintaining scalable design systems across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience
• At least 3 years of experience creating a learning strategy and curriculum based on learner needs, business needs, and modern learning theories and models
• At least 2 years of experience with multimedia authoring tools like Articulate 360 or other online interactive e-Learning courseware

Responsibilities

• Serve as visionary architect for enterprise learning solutions that move beyond basic instruction
• Bridge business intent and associate excellence using data-driven, iterative design
• Collaborate with project leads, SMEs and multimedia teams to translate complex content into actionable learning
• Drive innovation and establish scalable design practices across the L&D organization
