Job summary

Capital One’s Enterprise Learning & Development team seeks a forward-thinking Learning Experience Design Manager to architect leadership programs and empower designers. You’ll lead a team, oversee leadership and DIB initiatives, and align design with business goals, blending human-centered design with AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of experience designing and developing learning experiences across digital and in-person environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Learning Experience Designers and mentor direct reports.
• Own intake and prioritization of leadership learning initiatives.
• Translate leadership development needs into structured, actionable learning solutions.
• Apply a product mindset to iterate learning based on data and insights.
• Collaborate with leaders and HR partners to assess learning needs.
