Job summary

Capital One’s Enterprise Learning & Development team seeks a forward-thinking Learning Experience Design Manager to architect and empower a team of Learning Experience Designers. You will translate complex business requirements into engaging curricula spanning eLearnings, ILT, workbooks and digital platforms.

You will lead delivery across product management, technical, data and line-of-business teams, measuring outcomes, infusing AI tools, and mentoring reports to build a future-ready design

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of designing and developing learning experiences across digital and in-person environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Learning Experience Designers to build end-to-end learning journeys (eLearnings, ILT, workbooks, digital platforms).
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and measurable learning solutions.
• Own intake and prioritization of learning initiatives across product, tech and enterprise portfolios.
• Use data, feedback and analytics to iterate and improve learning products.
