Job summary

Capital One's Enterprise Learning & Development team seeks a forward-thinking Learning Experience Design Manager to architect and empower a team of designers creating end-to-end learning journeys across product management, tech, data and business lines.

You will mentor, align initiatives with strategic goals, apply adult learning theory, and integrate AI into workflows to scale impact while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience
• At least 5 years of experience designing and developing learning experiences across digital and in-person learning and development environments

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Learning Experience Designers to build end-to-end learning journeys (eLearnings, ILT, workbooks, digital platforms)
• Translate complex business requirements into engaging, measurable learning content
• Use a product mindset to iterate learning based on data and user insights to improve programs
• Mentor direct reports and develop capabilities around AI infusion into workflows
