Job summary

Capital One’s Enterprise Learning & Development team seeks a forward-thinking Learning Experience Design Manager to lead a team of designers crafting end-to-end learning ecosystems for product, technical, data, and line-of-business professionals.

You will mentor staff, drive data-driven design, and infuse AI tools to scale delivery, partnering with strategic advisors and HR to align learning with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in adult learning theory and design across modalities (eLearnings, ILT, workbooks).
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years designing and developing learning experiences in digital and in-person environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Learning Experience Designers to deliver end-to-end learning journeys.
• Own intake and prioritization of learning initiatives across portfolios.
• Translate complex concepts into intuitive, measurable learning solutions for internal customers.
• Use a product mindset to iterate based on data and feedback.
• Collaborate with strategic advisors, business leaders and HR to align learning with executive priorities.
• Infuse AI tools into workflows to increase efficiency and scale.
