Job summary

Austin Regional Clinic is seeking a Learning & Development professional to coordinate learning logistics, manage learner communications, and support the Leadership & Professional Development Manager with session preparation.

You will apply adult learning principles, update content, and lead activities for new leaders, while ensuring compliance and confidentiality and promoting ARC's mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree with 2+ years leadership and 3+ years in learning and development.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred; experience hosting virtually and creating video content.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex concepts into clear content.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning logistics and learner communications.
• Prepare and format learning content for leadership development.
• Welcome and guide new leaders through development pathways.
• Lead in-person and virtual leadership development activities.
• Maintain learning dashboards and track milestones.
