Job summary

LV Collective is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to create engaging learning experiences for our corporate and on-site teams in Austin. You will turn processes and subject-matter expertise into practical training materials, including videos, guides, and onboarding plans, while collaborating across the company to meet learning needs.

You will help shape LMS resources, support training rollouts, and assist with SOP documentation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of on-site property management experience in a management role.
• Experience with leasing, resident experience, operations, or team training in student housing or multifamily property management preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Strong public-speaking skills with a warm, engaging presence.

Responsibilities

• Create training materials and learning resources for corporate and on-site teams, including presentations, guides, checklists, graphics, scripts, videos, and step-by-step resources.
• Translate processes and subject-matter expertise into clear, practical learning content.
• Assist with filming, editing, captioning, transcribing, and organizing training videos and digital content.
• Develop resources that support training across leasing, operations, systems, accounting, facilities, and more.
• Build and maintain courses in LV Collective’s Learning Management System (LMS).
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions and onboarding activities.
• Document workflows and update SOPs; ensure alignment with training materials.
