Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to manage the day‑to‑day coordination and administration of learning programs and events. You will maintain timelines, rosters, calendars, and records while coordinating vendors, venues, materials, and participant communications.

You will work with Program Managers and partners to meet deadlines, ensure smooth delivery, and support contracts, invoices, and program documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; fields include Business Administration, HR, Education, Communications.
• 1–3 years in coordination, administration, event planning, or learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and logistical details of learning programs, workshops, meetings, and events.
• Maintain timelines, checklists, run-of-show documents, and tracking tools.
• Coordinate venues, AV, catering, transportation, signage, and materials for events.
• Support participant communications, registration, reminders, and preparation.
• Provide admin and technical support before, during, and after programs and events.
• Assist with event closeout and payment follow-up.
