Job summary

Texas Family Care Network seeks a Training Coordinator to support learning objectives and training plans for its employees. This role develops and implements compliant training activities that promote initiatives and emerging practices, delivering service with professionalism and integrity.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, manage LMS content, schedule classes, and track progress to ensure contract and accreditation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Requires valid state driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Requires 1 year of experience as a trainer or educator.
• Clearances: DPS, DFPS, FBI, CBCU, and Child Abuse Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements training activities aligned with standards and initiatives.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to clarify learning objectives.
• Plans training content and ensures branding and leadership approval.
• Facilitates training sessions, in person or virtually, for groups of varying sizes.
• Maintains LMS content and tracks employee training histories and progress.
• Provides trainee support and ensures compliance with contract, licensing, and accreditation standards.
• Schedules classes, assigns assessments, and uploads completions.
