Job summary

Austin Regional Clinic is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to coordinate learning logistics, manage learner communication, and support leadership development initiatives. You will assist with updating content and leading sessions, both in-person and virtual, while ensuring alignment with organizational pillars.

The role emphasizes empathetic communication, confidentiality, and collaboration with leaders to build internal capabilities. Monday–Friday, on-site at Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2+ years in leadership and 3+ years in learning/development or facilitation.
• Preferred healthcare industry experience and ability to host virtual sessions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning logistics and learner communication.
• Support Leadership & Professional Development Manager with session prep.
• Lead in-person and virtual leadership development activities.
• Update and format learning content for various learner groups.
• Maintain content alignment with developmental pillars and dashboards.
