Meta is seeking a Leadership Development Designer & Business Partner to diagnose leadership and team effectiveness, design bespoke interventions, and scale programs across the organization. You will own the end-to-end design lifecycle, partnering with HR and business leaders to translate needs into high-impact solutions, including coaching at the executive level.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development or leadership-design function.
• ICF credential required (ACC, PCC, MCC).
• Experience designing leadership-development solutions from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Experience applying adult-development and design methods to complex challenges.
• Mastery of diagnosis including 360 design, debrief, and organizational analysis.
• Experience facilitating high-impact development for senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods.
• Design bespoke leader and team interventions grounded in diagnosis and linked to business outcomes.
• Create scalable leadership-development solutions including journeys, tools, and playbooks.
• Own the end-to-end design lifecycle from discovery to iteration with cross-functional partners.
• Shape strategy across the leadership-development system and influence priorities.
• Provide credible facilitation and 1:1 coaching using ICF-credentialed methods.
• Share insights enterprise-wide and connect individual needs to broader learnings.
