Job summary

Meta is seeking a Leadership Development Business Partner to drive strategic leadership and team development across the organization. You will diagnose leadership effectiveness, design bespoke development experiences, and coach executives to build scalable leadership capacity in a changing, AI-influenced environment.

Reporting to the Director, Leadership Development, you will collaborate with HR partners, share insights across Meta, and help leaders navigate large-scale change while ensuring

Qualifications

• 12+ years in leadership development or organizational effectiveness.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development or leadership development.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC).
• Mastery of leader and team diagnosis using 360 design/debrief.
• Experience designing bespoke executive development interventions.
• Experience in complex, global, technical organizations.
• Proven partnerships with business leaders and HR partners.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods.
• Design and deliver high-impact leader and team interventions aligned to business outcomes.
• Coach executive leaders using ICF-credentialed methodology.
• Share insights across Meta using a rotational deployment model.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver leader and team engagements.
• Connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem.
• Support organizational transformation through change management.
• Stay current with research and AI's impact on leadership.
