Job summary

Meta seeks a Leadership Development Business Partner to advance leadership and team development across our organization. You will diagnose system-level leadership effectiveness, design bespoke interventions, and coach executives using ICF-aligned methods, partnering with HR and business leaders to scale impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or related field
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or leadership development function
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC)
• Demonstrated mastery of leader and team diagnosis (360 design/debrief, team assessments, org analysis)
• Expertise in designing and facilitating bespoke development experiences for executive leaders and leadership teams
• Experience in complex, technical, multicultural, globally distributed orgs
• Track record building trusted partnerships with business leaders and HR partners

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods
• Design and deliver high-impact leader and team interventions grounded in diagnosis
• Coach executive leaders using ICF-credentialed methodology
• Share insights across Meta through a rotational deployment model
• Build partnerships with HR Business Partners to deliver leader and team engagements
• Connect leaders to the People Development ecosystem (exec dev, coaching, growth programs)
• Support organizational and work environment transformation through change management expertise
• Stay at the cutting edge of leadership craft with research and AI-related insights
