Job summary

Meta's People Development team seeks a Leadership Development Business Partner to diagnose leadership and team health, design bespoke interventions, and coach executives at scale. This role sits on the Leadership Development team and collaborates with HR and business leaders to scale leadership capability across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership development and organizational effectiveness experience.
• 5+ years in L&D, OD, or leadership development roles.
• ICF ACC, PCC, or MCC credential required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level.
• Design and deliver high-impact leader interventions grounded in diagnosis and business outcomes.
• Coach executive leaders using ICF credentialed methodology.
• Share enterprise-wide insights across Meta and partner with business groups.
• Build trusted partnerships with HR Business Partners for intake, scoping and alignment.
• Connect leaders to the People Development ecosystem for ongoing growth.
• Support organizational change and AI transformation with change leadership.
• Stay current with leadership research and emerging practices in a world shaped by AI.
