Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or learning design.
• 5+ years in a Learning & Development or leadership-design function.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, MCC) for this coaching role.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods.
• Design bespoke leader and team interventions grounded in diagnosis and tied to business outcomes.
• Create scalable leadership-development solutions, tools, and playbooks for managers and directors across Meta.
• Own end-to-end design lifecycle from discovery to iteration with cross-functional partners.
• Shape strategy across the leadership-development system and influence priorities beyond a single program.
