Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Leadership Development Designer & Business Partner to diagnose and design bespoke leadership interventions, scale programs across the manager and director population, and own end-to-end design lifecycle with a cross-functional team. You’ll partner with HR and business leaders, shaping strategy for a global leadership-development system and leveraging AI where appropriate.

The role sits on the Leadership Development team, reporting to the Director, Leadership

Qualifications

• 8+ years in leadership development or related field
• 5+ years in L&D/leadership-design functions
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC)
• Experience designing leadership-development solutions from discovery through launch
• Experience applying adult-development, learning-design, and design-thinking methods
• Mastery of leader and team diagnosis (360, interviews, analytics)
• Experience facilitating high-impact development experiences for senior leaders
• Track record of programs, journeys, tools, or playbooks yielding measurable outcomes
• Experience leading ambiguous work across organizational boundaries
• Experience in complex, technical, multicultural, globally distributed organizations
• Proven ability building trusted partnerships with business leaders and HR partners

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level with evidence-based methods
• Design bespoke leader and team interventions grounded in diagnosis
• Create scalable leadership-development solutions and resources
• Own end-to-end design lifecycle from discovery to iteration
• Shape strategy across the leadership-development system
• Facilitate and coach with credibility for senior leaders
• Serve as cross-company intelligence to share best practices
• Build trusted partnerships with HR and business leaders
• Connect leaders to the People Development ecosystem
• Support transformation with leadership capabilities and learning systems
• Advance the craft of leadership-development design with AI insights
