Job summary

Meta is seeking a Leadership Development Business Partner to drive strategy and execution of leader and team development across the organization. You will diagnose system-wide leadership effectiveness, design bespoke interventions, and coach executives using ICF-aligned methods to deliver measurable business impact.

You will partner with HRBPs, connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem, and guide teams through change like AI transformations, ensuring development is integrated

Qualifications

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods such as assessments, 360s, interviews, and data analysis.
• Translate diagnosis into actionable intervention design and aligned business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-impact leader and team interventions grounded in diagnosis.
• Provide 1:1 coaching to executives using ICF-aligned methods.
• Share patterns and best practices across Meta to improve overall leadership effectiveness.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to scope, intake, and align engagements while preserving candor and trust.
• Connect leaders to the People Development ecosystem including coaching resources and growth programs.
• Support large-scale change initiatives (reorgs, AI transformation) with leadership capability development.
• Stay at the cutting edge with current research and emerging practices in leadership and organizational health.
