Job summary

Meta is hiring a Leadership Development Business Partner to advance team and leader capabilities across the organization. You will diagnose systemic leadership health, design bespoke development experiences, and coach executives using ICF-based methods.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in leadership development or related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or leadership development function.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) required.
• Mastery of leader and team diagnosis, including 360 design/debrief, team assessment, and organizational analysis.
• Experience designing and facilitating bespoke development experiences for executive leaders and leadership teams.
• Experience in complex, technical, multicultural, globally distributed organizations at scale.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with business leaders and HR partners.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods.
• Design and deliver high-impact leader and team interventions grounded in diagnosis.
• Coach executive leaders using ICF-credentialed methodology (1:1 coaching).
• Share enterprise-wide insights and best practices across Meta via rotational deployment.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver leader and team engagements.
• Connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem and resources.
• Support organizational change and AI transformation with change-management expertise.
• Stay current with research and emerging practices in leadership and organizational health.
