Job summary

The Leader in Training (LIT) at Green Thumb Industries’ RISE Dispensary leads daily operations, supervising staff and guiding the customer journey. You rotate through critical functions to gain expertise in operations, experience, and people, with a fast track toward growth as Assistant General Manager.

You will collaborate with the leadership team to ensure compliance, optimize in-store experiences, and develop talent while delivering memorable customer service in a fast-paced cannabis retail

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local and state regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate inventory actions with management.
• Oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management, ensuring vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and regionalized in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling, including processing payments and cash maintenance.
