Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) to support daily operations at our Orlando dispensary. You will rotate through key functions, supervise teammates, and help drive a memorable customer journey while preparing to advance to Assistant General Manager.

This role emphasizes leadership, inventory control, cash handling, and compliance with cannabis regulations. You will work on-duty shifts, coordinate scheduling, onboarding, and training while delivering exceptional in-store

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Must have reliable, responsible attendance.
• Must understand and comply with Cannabis laws, rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Lead team through promotions and customer experiences.
• Participate in Leader On Duty shifts for supervision.
• Ensure omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside & delivery.
