Green Thumb Industries in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) to join our store leadership team. You will rotate through core dispensary functions, supervise daily operations, and help optimize the customer journey while preparing to advance toward Assistant General Manager.

This role emphasizes coaching, attendance, and compliance, with opportunities to lead in duty shifts, support promotions, and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver's license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate inventory actions with management.
• Oversee intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs, initiatives, and regional promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling, payments, discounts, and cash maintenance.
