Green Thumb is seeking a Leader in Training to join its dispensary leadership team in Minnesota. The role emphasizes supervising daily operations, guiding staff, and optimizing the customer journey, while rotating through critical functions to support operations, experience, and people.

As a fast-tracked development path to Assistant General Manager, the LIT focuses on in-store execution, promotions, inventory control, and delivering memorable guest experiences across omni-channel touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or retail roles.
• 1+ year in supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Ability to work varying shifts including weekends.
• Must pass background checks and have valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing dispensary operations for compliance.
• Monitor inventory and communicate items with management.
• Oversee deliveries and vault accuracy.
• Lead team during programs and promotions and drive customer journey.
• Ensure proper cash handling and payments processing.
