Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) to join the RISE Dispensary leadership team in Toledo, OH. You will rotate through key dispensary functions, supervise daily operations, and help optimize the customer journey while developing subject matter expertise to advance toward an Assistant General Manager role.

The LIT role emphasizes hands‑on coaching, cross‑functional collaboration, and adherence to security and regulatory standards.

Competenze

• Three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Must pass required background checks and be 21 years or older.

• Assist management in overseeing all dispensary operations to ensure security, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate action items to management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy; participate in in-store promotions.
