Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) to join the dispensary leadership team. You will supervise daily operations, communicate priorities to teammates, and help optimize the customer journey as you rotate through core functions.

Qualifications

At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with supervisory experience.
Cannabis experience preferred.
Inventory control experience preferred.
Must be able to work a varied schedule including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
Must pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries and vault accuracy.
Lead team members to execute programs, initiatives, and regional in-store promotions.
Demonstrate cash handling and payments processing, including discounts and end-of-day reconciliation.
Support scheduling, coverage, and zoning during shifts; provide coaching and feedback to staff.
