Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) to join the Kendall dispensary leadership team. The role focuses on supervising daily operations, communicating priorities, and optimizing the customer journey.

You will rotate through critical dispensary functions to gain subject matter expertise and fast-track toward Assistant General Manager. The position emphasizes team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, compliance with security and local/state regulations, and delivering

Qualifications

At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
Cannabis experience preferred
Inventory control experience preferred
Must be 21 years or older.
Must pass any and all required background checks.
Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb.
Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

Oversee execution of dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security and regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate action items with management.
Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
Lead team members to execute programs and regional in-store promotions.
Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee cash process.
