Job summary

The Leader in Training (LIT) role at Green Thumb is a pivotal step on the path to becoming Assistant General Manager. You will rotate through core dispensary functions to gain expertise in operations, experience, and people leadership, while supervising daily activities and guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As part of the leadership team, you will communicate priorities, oversee shifts, and ensure compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations for compliance with security and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate items with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and ensure accurate payments.
