Job summary

Green Thumb Industries Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) to join the dispensary leadership team. You will rotate through critical functions to support operations, experience, and people, gaining subject matter expertise on a fast track to becoming Assistant General Manager.

You will supervise daily operations, communicate priorities to the team, and help optimize the customer journey while developing leadership skills for future growth within GTI.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing all dispensary operations to ensure security, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead team members to execute programs and regionalized in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee team member execution.
